Christmas concert by the 'Love to Sing' International Choir at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center, to benefit Cudeca
The Choir will perform next Friday, December 12th, at 7:30 pm, with free admission.
The Estepona City Council informs that next Friday, December 12, at 7:30 p.m., a Christmas concert by the International Choir 'Love to Sing' will take place at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center, to benefit the CUDECA Foundation for palliative care.
It will be an evening of Christmas music, with a program of carols and popular songs, under the musical direction of Shirley Helleur.
Since its formation in September 2017, the 'Love to Sing' Choir has been performing concerts for the local community, helping to raise awareness and funds for several well-known local charities, including ADANA, St. George's, Somos tu Ola, and AGYA Asociación Gatos y Amigos, among others. They have also supported local charities such as the Cudeca Foundation and other Alzheimer's organizations, to name just a few. Furthermore, they have participated in the Estepona and Duquesa International Days and Manilva Pride.
Currently, the Choir is directed by Shirley Helleur and has over 45 members from various countries, who rehearse weekly. It is always open to new, experienced singers. Its repertoire includes popular songs, ranging from classical and pop to rock and musical theater.
Tickets can be purchased for a solidarity donation of €5 on the website entradium.com or at the entrance of the Mirador del Carmen, from one hour before the event (€7).
